I just opened an account on Highmark Delaware. Despite of making first payment, I haven't received any membership pack or member card nearly after a month. Instead I have been getting invoices for the paid month and even the following month. I have tried to follow up several times through phone and email but still not helpful. Found very insensitive, slow and bad customer service.
