Extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!! Explained to the lady that I am pregnant and I lost my job and that I cannot afford to pay them right now until I find a job and she said in that case it is a refusal to pay and I was like but I am not refusing to pay I don't have a job and being pregnant makes it harder and she was like ma'am we can't look into your financial it your responsibility to get a payment to our offices and so I was like I totally admit and that I am doing all that I can and she was like well your getting you feeling into this and I was like ma'am u don't need to be rude I am trying to explain my situation. She kept interrupting me and she was extremely rude and then was like have a nice day.

No help, poor customer service, rude employees!!!!!
