Overall, Orem Mazda took great care of us and we are very satisfied with our lease of a 2016 Mazda 3. They worked hard to make sure we were happy and in the end we got a great deal. The only negative part of working with Mazda was that our salesman was not as good at finding available cars with the description we wanted as my husband. My husband found cars on the internet when our salesman didn't even know they existed at different dealerships, or maybe just did not have the time to do the research. That is the only reason we rated it 4 stars. That aside, we are very happy and would come back again.
