I took my BMW for an engine light on and they checked it came back with a report saying that the active tank of the add blue urea had a fault, since this is an emission issue BMW North America grants a 10 year warranty or 180,000km but not BMW Calgary, so the service advisor (Don) was laughing and said the Tank including labour and the diagnosis it s going to cost 3.060.00$ and I could give you a 10% discount or maybe you should go and do a delete meaning go delete the system and pollute the environment, that s awesome, every other brand with diesels like Mercedes and VW honours these faults and fixes them for free but not the special BMW! Worst service ever experienced! I thought Mercedes was bad
