We've stayed at this Hyatt numerous times over the years and is a great place. One of the biggest reasons we stay there is that they have an ADULT pool!!! It's extremely relaxing to lay out there and not have to worry about kids and the things they do at a pool. The pool has enough chaise's, cabana's, umbrellas and towels...The bar is very good too. (They do have a huge pool for the kiddo's and it looks pretty great as well.) The resort has a large workout room, spa and golf. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is they now charge to park. In the past the self park was always included in the room fee, and yo had to pay to valet. Not sure when they changed but its just ridiculous. When you book your reservation, there's no mention of a parking fee. They should just be upfront and add to the resort fee so you can make an informed decision.
