Love this place, I would give it a5 for the last 10 years I have used them but the tech with dreads is rude, disrespectful, dishonest, talked down to me like I was a inconvenience to her, did not ask 1 question about my pet and wrote on the chart all kinds of info that I said even though she did not ask me 1 question about anything, took my pet, came back 8 min later set her down and walked away with not a word to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED, with this trip,
