Sitting outside Topgolf Watford because my cousin who recently passed his driving test doesn t have his provisional ID. He is however a member with his membership card. We arrived at 19:45 and they wouldn t let him in. They asked him for a passport. First of all, didn t realise you needed a passport to play golf. Secondly, it doesn t say anywhere on the website that you need to bring valid ID. Thirdly, I ve been on hold for 20mins to try and speak to a manager and the answering machine says if you come after 8pm you should bring valid ID, we tried entering before then and the 6 security guards wouldn t let us in. Final point is we are leaving whilst passing children playing crazy golf. Unbelievable that we aren t being let in. Won t be coming back again. Nobody here wants to help and they certainly don t seem like they care.
