CanFitPro deserves 0 star for the VERY poor servic...

CanFitPro deserves 0 star for the VERY poor service they offer. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life.

I have been trying to talk to a supervisor for more than a month about a refund situation (multiple calls, multiple emails) and their policy is to have their receptionists filter all the calls so they do not have to deal with anything or anyone. No one ever calls you back. To make it easier they pretend all supervisors are in a meeting or that they don't have any number to put you through. So they either have a LOT of disappointed members and they don't want to solve problems OR they are just unable to do their job properly, making CanFitPro look like an unreliable company. I don't even know which one is worse.



I would NEVER recommend that company and I will be calling everyday until someone has the decency to do their job and give some explanations. What a shame !
