This place is an outrageous horrible institution. They are still holding my I repeat my money hostage over bogus bs that two weeks ago wasn't necessary but now is issue. Not to mention 38 to 40 minute hold time to speak with someone. I sincerely hope that there is a special place in hell for these guys.
