Jose Santiago is extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach to customer satisfaction and service with a smile. He goes the extra mile to personally greet me on arrival and keep me informed of maintenance on my vehicle. When it involved body work on the vehicle he was able to give me contact information to move forward quickly with a place I could trust because he said so. When the car would not start he was ready to send assistance my way. His personal service is what has kept me coming back to him with all the vehicles in our family. I think its awesome to have his leadership skills in mentoring others in the Quick Lube building of John Eagle Honda.
