I've lived in a Schulhof building for almost three years, and my experience has been really positive! The location is great, and it's well worth being so close to classes if you're a student at Marquette! Management is generally quick to respond to problems and is willing to repair anything needed in the units. I've been really satisfied with management during the time I've lived there!

My only complaints generally have to do with the units, but that's not really a management problem. The buildings are very old, so there are some unexpected "quirks" like the electricity not being able to run a hair dryer and air conditioner unit at the same time. My building also does not have individual unit control over the heating system, so there is virtually no control over the unit temperature. I've been able to work with those things to make myself comfortable, but it did take some experimentation.

Overall I'm really happy with my unit and management.
