4.5 stars the only coment I would like to make is...

4.5 stars the only coment I would like to make is we arrived with tickets in hand great straight in.my son then sent us a message saying he had fast track at reception again great. Then we saw the que to pick the fast track tickets. Oh it took for ever and when I say ever 45 mins to collect somthing which was arranged I was so disappointed. But the rest of the visit was 5 star . Steve
