I have been trying to get in contact with property...

I have been trying to get in contact with property management for three weeks now over a rat infestation. They sent an exterminator out the second week and discovered several holes that due to plumbing issues he nor I could fix. Staff is nice but its a pain trying to get in touch with them and overall feel like they are useless in maintenance. I have called the office manager Monday thru Friday for the past week and a half and have yet to reach her.
