We had made reservations through the internet but ...

We had made reservations through the internet but they couldn't find that reservation. Fortunately there was still room in the restaurant. At a quarter past 8 we ordered the main course, chickenstate and ravioli. Not the most difficult dishes to prepare so you'd expect it wouldn't be too long, especially since many tables were already done eating.

Asked at a quarter past 9 where our main course went because the tables around us sat down later and had their food much earlier. The boy went to ask and came back after 5 minutes to ask what we had ordered again, even though we had already indicated that. After that it never came back to say how long it would take. Finally the main course arrived at 10.30. The ravioli was cold and the chicken satay was not 100% cooked everywhere. Service then did not handle the complaints well, no excuses that the food was late and that the food was too cold. During checkout they also did not go into the complaints further and the waiter said coolly until next time ...

It was also striking that many tables were offered incorrect orders, some waitresses went down 10 tables to ask if the order for that table was theirs. The operation can therefore still learn a lot. All in all a tent where we will no longer eat.
