I used TrueCar to get multiple offers and end up purchasing through Carlson Toyota from Preston. He had the lowest initial offer. That's important to me because they put their best foot forward so to speak. I didn't want to deal with a dealer who just states we'll beat any dealer's offer. Preston was easy going, communicative to my emails, and got me in to a great new 4runner.
