SAUNA: only 1 to 2 (!!!!) people per hour can use the sauna with the full ticket price!

We booked hotel + thermal baths including sauna. But unfortunately we could never go to the saunas in 2 whole days. We were told that we had to register in advance for the sauna - corona conditions. But we didn't know that sometimes only one person is allowed into the sauna per hour. The saunas were only open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Although the thermal baths - despite Corona - were quite well attended.

The staff (sauna attendant, wellness reception) couldn't help us either.

On departure we again expressed our displeasure, we were assured to pass this on. Since I haven't heard anything from the thermal baths so far, I decided to write this review.

Otherwise the thermal bath was very nice and harmonious, the staff was very friendly and tried hard!

Nobody knew anything about the "breakfast in the room".

The organization could be much better.
