I did my homework before I came to the dealership. I was first considering the Toyota RAV because I have had a history with Toyota, "all good". When I compared the specs on both cars, I decided to come in and test drive the Honda. I knew instantly this was the one for me. Bryan went over the specs with me and gave me a tour of the facility. He tried to talk me into leasing, but I told him I was not interested and preferred to own. He than went over what was available and I asked if they had any leftover 2013s. When he told me they sold out last year, I was astonished. I personally have stopped 4 strangers (store parking lots, stores and where I live and asked them how they liked driving the CRV and they all answered me the same way - "they love it"! So I felt real good about my choice. When Akram came over and joined Bryan with negotiations, he was very supportive and understanding of my needs. I then went to meet Tian to handle the final agreements. He put the cherry on top for me by giving me sound advice on warranties that won't hurt my pocket in the end. I had a great team to work with, I am enjoying my new vehicle and crossed over to the HONDA family
