Our 2 year ValuePlan just ended so our bill went up to $181.00 a month, so we called Shaw to sign a new 2 year ValuePlan. Their representative somehow came up with the offer of $209.00 a month for the same plan as the 2 year ValuePlan contract which is more expensive than the non contract rate?
