Stayed in one of the cottages , could hear everyth...

Stayed in one of the cottages , could hear everything from the cottage below us. Called the front desk they did nothing to help us . Had to call the Police department for the noise problem . Was told when we checked out that the manager would contact us about the problem and I was not going to be charged for one nights stay. My credit card was charged and I Never heard from any one at all . Not impressed !
