Some of the employees here need training on social skills. Came for Arts Fest. Went through multiple check points being asked the same question of whether I had tickets. And this is all before the actual booth where you have your tickets scanned. Ok, sure I get that because of COVID they are taking precautions. What I don t get is why some of these old ladies are totally unfriendly and look at you like you have 3 heads and act like you re trespassing simply for walking toward a public event that you ve already paid for. Yes yes and yes, I have tickets!!!
