I have received the benefits of Mike DeLanie's repair wizardry twice on my tripods. As a birder, I depend on a tripod to hold my spotting scope steady. Moving from place to place, in and out of cars, requires that I extend the legs and collapse them often. He is the tripod guru in my book. He is so obliging, doing what he knows my tripod needs to be fully functional for me. The first time he saved my upcoming Alaska vacation!
