The time had come and I was ready to purchase my first car (that wasn't out right). My boyfriend had recently purchased an Audi through Brian Damer at the Southgate location. We were extremely happy with the service he provided that when the time came, I contacted him first. He then arranged for me to meet with the wonderful Dan Heller. It took less than two minutes for me to know "this is the guy". He is incredibly polite, friendly and best of all knowledgeable about the VW products. I kid you not, I walked into the dealership on a Tuesday and went home with the car that Thursday. I was and still am very pleased with my purchase. I will not only suggest VW Southgate to all my friends and family, but Dan Heller specifically. Before I wrap this up, a quick shout out to Freddy Tejada (Director of Finance) who made the finance portion, really simple and painless. He answered all of my questions and we even shared a few laughs.
