I bought a banjo yesterday from Carter Guitars and took it home but found that it just wasnt quite the sound I was hearing in my head. I called them the next day and let them know. I wasnt sure what to expect but they never gave me even a hint of the "sorry...too late" routine. They had another banjo ready to go when I showed up. Walter even put 2 new railroad spikes in for me at no charge. I love my new banjo! And I am very glad I purchased it from CVG. Will definitely be back!
