I had financed a used, title clean car from David McDavid Honda of Frisco. As I'm driving the car for a couple of days, I've noticed that the vehicle's hood would move a lot while driving. I took the car to the service department to get it checked out. A week passes, no call or email explaining what's going on with the vehicle. It took the service department a month to explain the car had been in an accident before! I wasn't going to have a vehicle that's been in an accident before because that's not what I'm paying for. They offer me a loaner car. The car has no A/C!! I call them and explain the car has no A/C, and they wanted me to wait a couple of days while they founded a loaner car to drive. This was in August, and let me remind y'all in August, the temperature was passed 100 degrees. The service director wasn't able to figure out a solution for me; all he wanted me to do was wait.
I understand things happen, but I just wanted to get a new car that was title clean. After a month of waiting, I was fed up and emailed the Honda manager, and they were finally able to get me a new car. My items that were in the car that had been in an accident before were stolen in the McDavid Honda of Frisco, and no one can explain to me what happened to them even though I've already emailed the service director. The person I'm incredibly unsatisfied with is the service director at David McDavid Honda Frisco. I'm incredibly disappointed by everyone there except for the sales representative. He understood my frustration and was able to make things much better. Overall, painful experience.
