We have been frequenting this restaurant for a little over 2 years now and until last evening we have had a positive experience.

We ordered last night through Uber Eats as we have 6-8 times in the past and delivery was right on time.

The food, however, was inedible. I almost always order the brisket sandwich and it is usually excellent. Last evening I couldn't get two bites into it. The meat was beyond salty and dry as if they just kept reusing the same meat all week and just added salt every night to carry it through another day. The cheeseburger, also usually great was too dry to eat and the Fillet was so tough it resembled bottom round roast.

I attempted to reach Wildside last evening and again when they opened at noon today. It took me a total of 22 calls across two days to get someone to pick up the phone.

I am even more disappointed now that I spoke with the manager. I was placed on hold and upon return, I was told to take the issue up with Uber. I never asked for anything from the manager, I simply was pointing out that there are issues currently with the way the business is being run. The manager told me "Thats not my issue" take it up with Uber.

For someone that has enjoyed this place both as a customer in the restaurant and through delivery a total of nearly 20 times, I could not be more disappointed with the complete lack of regard from management.

Avoid this one at all cost. You have many other great options where the management and staff take pride in what they serve.
