Absolutely worst service I ve ever received. Was 2 weeks without a car and no communication. When I picked the car up today a cap for a plug was missing so went back and asked about it was told they didn t touch the inside at all and that they only worked under the bonnet. While driving home pulled in the driveway and the whole gearbox casing came off exposing the wires and gearbox underneath, drove the car straight back and they were still persistent that they didn t touch the inside. They may think I m stupid because I m young but I m not that stupid. Would not recommend there service team or mechanics. The sales team are lovely though.
