I have been coming here for years, and Karen and SUSAN, are Amazing! However this trip has been a whole different experience! I think they may be under new management.
I booked a downstairs room for my handicapped husband, son and i, and was called by the new mgr. that I would have a better room upstairs with ocean views. I asked my husband if he wanted that and he said ok to it. I called and booked our room from the 18th thru the 25th.upon arrival he had only booked my room from the 18th thru the 24th, he has done nothing to correct this issue. We go to the room and the stair rails and deck are in disarray and there is construction started but no work being done, this is a hazard for my husband! I immediately go back to request a downstairs suite. I am told their is nothing available.
The new staff is not very accommodating and knowing my husband is a paraplegic putting us up in a room that is in a dangerous condition to get to and messing up the dates. is not good customer service, He has not been helpful nor accommodating at all!!
This is so sad and I wish Karen and Susan were back they were the epidemy of a gracious host. they are what made this place amazing, and the reason i kept coming back!!!!
