Yes this a 5 star hotel..very nice place..great facilities...nice food and ambience...but guards at entry should be trained on hospitality first... Guards reaction at entry was very inhuman and full of disrespect to a common man...it showed that they respect people only whole come in cars...we were going there in auto as car apps were busy...at entry guards stopped the auto in rude manner and shouted rudely at auto driver that hata yaha se auto nai ate tujhe pata nai kya and all tht...after all he is also a human like them only...they could have instructed him in plain talks also... That made a very bad impression on me abt the hotel...please manager give your gyards training on how to talk with people irrespective of profession, attire, etc..inculcate some humanity inside them.. thanks
