Charging stations have been chargeable since March...

Charging stations have been chargeable since March 2, 2020, which is legitimate. However, direct payment is not supported, which I found out via the hotline. Since I trusted what was written on the column and I did not have a special contract, I now stand at the charging station with an empty battery and can take the bus to work for the next few days. I am extremely upset about such a diligent preparation. At least one could have provided information in advance that the function is not yet supported.

Update from 13.03.2020:

The "Direct Payment" function is now activated and works perfectly. The municipal utility company apologized in a very detailed email. Thank you very much for the great service!
