Overall, the home, space and decor was wonderful. My only frustration was with the broken clothes dryer and dish washer. I tried to contact the number provided by Acme several times during our stay (3-4 days) and was never received. Very frustrating! Wish we could have washed our clothes and dishes.
Also, there was a large rainstorm in the area and the house was leaking a good amount of water... obviously, no ones fault with the storm but I called and called because the amount of water was becoming an emergency and never got ahold of anyone at Acme. Luckily, the fire alarm went off while we were making breakfast (just a little bacon smoke) and maintenance came by to check on the house. I reported the water leak and he was prompt to fix the problem. After using all our towels and not be able to wash/dry them.
Again, the house was wonderful but I was a little disappointed in the costumer service (even though it was a weekend).
