This place is my favourite with my family , friends & neighbours . but last night i was for my sons birthday . waited for Mains to arrive until 9pm . went to see the kitchen staff/Management . No one have any idea that more than 20 customers who paid full price . waiting for more than hours to get their food .We understand things can be wrong , but handling the situation & the attitude with the management wasn't pleasant at all . Management controls the customers who wasn't complain to their favour . such as management was response positively , customers was nice to them . In a situation how will be the customers will nice that refused give any extra such as take away boxes or get their meals before the children go to sleep at 10pm . I received a $100 voucher because i was raised to management the problem . But the Management accused myself that i have been rude . Wasn't rude , as i address the situation with directly to the management & return attitude doesn't looks good as customer service from the Manager at the counter because i raised the problem (No name badge Refuse to give the name .mention as her name after requested 4 times) . when i advised that i will take further action she advised she is the management happy to sit & argue with me in later day (what a shame your attitude rather you should be more polite & friendly as customer point )

Secondly - Security was present admitting that there are cameras all over the place to scare me that get out of the problem . Security person didn't had problem that he was having his stake(Dinner) on time while he was working & eating in front of the customer at the bar counter in main entrance .( senior management should check the cameras rather he scare myself ) As mention things can be go wrong but experiencing of behaviour of management a customer service point was terrible .

i believe all of the customers you had patient should com- pulsate , rather they com- pulsate to me because i spoke to them to the correct point . But they accused me that i was rude . Waiting for 2 hours , kids are crying for bed , having a very bad attitude (such as management act there hasn't had any problem) no say Sorry even . How could Management expect customers needs to be patient .customers are not to be treated as workers any situation .Which they control the customers , which i dont think in customer service point its a good ethical way .

Attention Senior management that needs to advise or dismissed to the female manager last night . This will bring you bad experience Employing such a staff
