Ordered a steak sandwich, fries and 2 liter. They don't put the 2 liters in a fridge because they don't have one for the soda. The fries didn't have enough cheese sauce and the fries were fried in old oil and over cooked. The sandwich meat and cheese were stuck to the paper. I called the store and the manager kept telling me that he's worked there for over 7 years and never had that happen. I kept asking him what he plans to do to fix this and he kept saying how long he's worked there. I got so sick of this, so I HAD to drive up there and bring him the sandwich to see for himself. They made me another sandwich, but it was awful. No seasoning, dirty grill and their bread is not made fresh and tastes like it. And they use paper to wrap the sandwiches which the filling sticks to. PASS THIS PLACE UP!!! Dominos and Charley's are so much better.
