Just awful customer service in the collision and parts department the last two interactions I have had. don't seem to really be interested in going out of the way to help anybody. UPDATED 9/23: I sent a detailed communication a week ago to Mr. Manning spell out my concerns and have heard nothing back. I had tried calling but had no luck getting him so I figured an email would be the best approach given issues details that were needed
