WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY. I purchased a used 2013 vehicle and was told it was running great absolutely nothing wrong with it. I believed them because the car was not even 3 yrs old I figured It has to be good. After only ONE day of driving it the next day it broke down on me. When I called the manager he got an attitude with me and told me it wasn't their problem. The car went to the shop 3 times for the same problem in a 3 week period. The agency recognized my number and they kept dodging my calls. Later on I found out that the car (which was a Ford car) was previously taken in to the Ford agency because the previous owner was having problems with it. Mike erdman took in that car and even though they KNEW the car had problems they had the nerve to lie to me and tell me it had never had any problems. And there is still so much that went wrong but I'm just telling u the biggest things. Completely unprofessional.
