I had the pleasure of having service work done this morning at Bob Jass Service Department. We were met by Bob Horrell and he provided us with outstanding customer service. The work was done exactly as promised and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Bob Jass as they make customer service a priority and do what they promise. This is becoming more rare today. Thanks to Mr Horrell as well.
