I called Appleton Campbell because of a leaking water heater tank. From the first phone call speaking with the answering service to speaking with the customer service team I had a representative Mr WT settle at my door the same day. I had an emergency and Appleton Campbell made it happen. My technician Mr. J. Williams was professional, courteous, prompt and overall a very pleasant person. He got the new water heater installed and cleaned up promptly. My mother s water tank went bad the very next day and I called Appleton Campbell right back.
