They sent my bill to a collection agency claiming I didn't have any insurance even though I gave them my insurance card when I went in for the procedure and then called them with the insurance policy number twice more. Seems almost like the old scam of sending people bills and hoping they will pay them rather then spend the time to fight them. So beware, if you choose to go to Saint Joseph, even if you have insurance, you may have to spend you time fighting with a collection agency rather than focusing on getting better.
