There are ups and downs at any establishment. Bad experiences are expected, with anything. What makes a difference is that there are people in the establishment willing to help. People that truly care about students success. As for me, my advisors and instructors have always been supportive, caring and easy to contact. There is effort required on our part as a student, as most of Ashford is online. When the effort comes from me as a student, I have always been met half way with someone willing to help me every step of the way! Special thanks to my Enrollment Services Advisor Greg Keogh.
