This is my favourite place on earth, not only because at Christmas time the decorations are gorgeous and leave you in awe; I was also proposed to and wedded to my wonderful husband here.

When you walk through the halls, you can feel the history with all the antique furnishings, the pool area makes you feel so relaxed and when you walk downstairs to the basement level, they have this underground looking spa! It is so calming and relaxing especially if you get a chance during the winter months to go into the hot springs.

The dining... it always exceeds my expectations. Even for my wedding when cooking for 30-odd guests, it was always consistent and very delicious. My guests were impressed and said it was the best meal they've ever had. Infact, my husband and I come back every single year for our anniversary because there is no place quite like it.

I personally recommend staying over at least 2+ nights as there is so much to do in the area. They also allow you to freely go from each hotel, with complimentary shuttle at any time, and use each facility they offer! (Definitely go to each as not only are they all uniquely designed and decorated, but they also have different varying restaraunts and charms tucked away inside that you will not want to miss)! The rooms are extremely clean (some people say they're "dated" but it's because it is a VINTAGE hotel). The rooms are very classy and furnished antiquely for that purpose. The bathrooms are very clean, and the beds are soft and feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The service is exceedingly exceptional and I don't think I'll ever find another place that could top it.

This place in Niagara-on-the-Lake is perfect for families and couples as there's so much to do. It is a very romantic place to bring your beau! If you ever get a chance to visit this enchanting village, book a few nights at one of their locations and you definitely will not be disappointed.

Thank you, Vintage Hotels! Many more years to come.
