I have rented from this company for 6 years. The first 4 were great, but when the original owner of my property passed away many things changed for the worse. Mr. Antin was entirely non-responsive to contact. Rent was raised 30% in one year. Utilities and rent were charged after the mandatory move out date, but before the lease term had completed. Finally, there was no allocation whatsoever for normal wear and tear following 6 years of being a good tenant at this property. Incredibly disappointed at the decline of what started as a good rental experience.
