We have lived in Eagle Mountain for 3 years and have had Direct Communications as our Internet Provider the whole time. Throughout that time we have had a very solid and fast connection, and the customer service is very responsive and nice. They always warn ahead of time of scheduled downtime for maintenance, and are very willing to help with any issues that come up. Thanks Direct Communications! Keep up the great work. :)
