The service has gone down over the last few years....

The service has gone down over the last few years. Our most recent visit the rooms were dirty,customer service was rude and less than helpful and the valet let the keys in the car and the door unlocked over night with the windows down. Next time we'll try some place new because each experience is worst than the previous.
