Very unhappy with what was promised and what was delivered. I ordered a new 72 prep table last Thursday morning. Mike from ACity said it could still go out that day but would definitely get to me the next day (Friday). He called me back to say it would be Monday because of the holiday. I called the freight company this morning around 8:15 am and they said they wouldn t deliver mine today but would tomorrow.
I asked why and she said because it had a note on the account to call first and set up an appointment. I asked Mike if there was anything he could do. He called the freight company and they told him the same thing. I could have ordered one this morning from 3 other places and gotten it tomorrow. We are due any day for our health inspection and really need this new piece of equipment. Very frustrating - I call it Customer No Service!
