Easiest, most comfortable experience I have had at a dealership! As a young woman, it is very intimidating to walk onto a lot by myself. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with Rachel R. who made the experience easy and fun. She was not pushy, and spent hours walking through several used car lots until I found something I loved. Rachel and her manager Chris allowed me to take my time, make several phone calls for moral support, and drink several complimentary lattes to make sure I was comfortable with what I was signing. I didn t know I would be trading in or buying a car that day, but they made time for me and earned my business! (PS they are not just paid on commission, which is probably why they were able to take their time and didn t try to force a decision)
