Unfortunately whilst working at this charity back in 2013 I overheard my colleagues whispering about me and making defamatory and derogatory remarks about me behind my back. I spoke to the human resources department and management but they seemed unwilling to see the situation from my perspective and thus wrongly sided with my colleagues. As a result I had to seek advice from ACAS and Citizens.
