Well waited 2 hrs on firsr vist eventually to be sent back saying we are closed!
Called in, scheduled appointment, even then have to wait one hour and finally sales guy showed up!
Had shortlisted 4 cehicles to check but was told that i have to choose from 2 only as they dont have time!
Deal breaker! Anyways chose 2 and test drove 2 expexting that trade in car will be appraised by then.

Came back to find that it wasnt, the sales guy asked for a minute, went inside and came out in 5 mins and said it is what your car is worth.
I was like, you did not even see my car!
Worsr experience ever and i am sure many customers have felt same treatment and it will go down eventually!
