The place is filthy, look around and you'll see napkins and other dibree strewn across the floor. The menus are dirty and sticky. No consistency of food portions or quality coming out of the kitchen. Orders often come out late or sent back.

I won't eat there anymore, and just the other day the bartender added 18% gratuity to my bill, which was a single 4 dollar beer. I figured maybe it was because they had live music, a DJ actually. I didn't say anything as I would have left a dollar tip anyway.

I don't go there to meet people, I just go for the entertainment of watching how much food gets sent back and the looks on customers faces at the bar and throughout the restaurant when their food arrives; it's hilarious.

I saw a customer ask for her 20+ dollar steak to be redone; after about fifteen minutes a different bartender brought her the same plate of food that the other bartender server had put on the counter at the back of the bar, which never made it to the kitchen.

I'd like to add that as a finance major, our government lies to us about the yearly inflation rates. Prices at restaurants have gone up about 7% a year since 2008, so most items on the menu are nearly double the price from ten years ago. Couple this with inconsistency out of the kitchen and general unsanitary conditions means I'd rather buy something at Food Lion and stay home.

There are two things that they consistently do though, one is to make sure you are charged for everything and anything you order, and two is, they always seem to bring out ranch or honey mustard dip at just over the half full mark. Makes you have to ask for an extra one and the bartender has to run and get it. Counterproductive.
