After our car had broken down 2 weeks before Christmas, my husband and I had a very tiny budget for another car. We went to different "no name" dealerships, and some used car dealerships. Everywhere we went we were either turned away from the start or were pressured into liking a car that we knew was going to break at any moment.

We had purchased 2 vehicles from Hall in the past. We reluctantly went to the used cars section of Hall Dodge, knowing that they probably wouldn't have anything in our price range. We were wrong! Our dealer heard our situation and brought us in to speak with the sales managers directly. Denise and the other sales manager were so amazing. They treated us the same way they did when we were in the market for a $30,000 car! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hall Dodge really showed us just how great of a dealership they were. Any dealership can give excellent customer service when they are presented with someone who wants a new car, but it takes a lot of integrity to outshine everyone else in a time when there's not as much money on the line. Hall definitely earned customers for life!
