Like a bolt from the blue, thanks to the screening, I am diagnosed with breast cancer ..... disbelief, fear, anguish ... in less than a month I am treated at the Breast Unit of the Villa Scassi hospital and operated on Friday 9 November by Prof. Flavio Guasone and his team to whom all my sincere thanks go for the competence, the delicate sensitivity, the humanity shown towards me! A heartfelt thanks to all the staff of the Pavilion One Department - Plastic Surgery Burns Center for their kindness and professionalism and in particular to the nurses Manuela and Simona who surrounded me with care and attention, transforming the walls of a hospital room into a family atmosphere and full of human warmth ..... I will not forget it! Thank you, thank you very much!
