I had the best experience working with Wilkinson Property without being a customer. I spoke directly with Stan and I could not ask for a kinder, more professional and knowledgable Property Manager. I live in Maryland and I am shopping for a PM for my home in Charlotte. Stan provided information that was in my best interest as an owner. This advise did not consist of a sale or his business profiting in anyway. He went above and beyond to connect me with resources that best suit my situation.
